About the Object Control
Object Control allows to snapshot physical state of real estate, vehicles, land plots or any other tangible objects that may be the subject of collateral or insurance and the state of which requires periodic control, as well as the course of processes (notarial acts, valuation activities, etc.) at any time and in any place with a clear link to the time/place when/where the photo or video was taken, as well as record all the necessary data concerning the performer (complete identification) of such photo or video report. The document generated as a result of the Object Control session (act, protocol, contract, etc.) with integrated photos can be immediately signed using QES (qualified electronic signature), SMS or touch sensitive signature whereupon it comes into force in accordance with the Law of Ukraine.

No. Internet is not required for monitoring, objects are snapped offline.
An Internet connection may be required to submit a report after the survey. Also, a minimum Internet connection is required for authorization and electronic documents (inspection report, protocol, contract, etc.) generation.
No. Object Control app does not provide the ability to edit images obtained during an object survey session or keeping track of process progress.
This is done in order to counteract any dishonest actions and prevent the human factor effect on the reliability of data received by Object Control user.
For the same purpose, Object Control forecloses the possibility of adding photos or videos. Objects and processes are snapped in real time only.
Object Control mobile app uses the Global Positioning System (GPS), which is essentially a set of electronic means that can fix an object on the Earth's surface or in the atmosphere.
Object position is computed using a GPS-module of smartphone, which receives and processes signals of satellites of the space segment of the GPS-positioning system.
The Object Control software product provides for the use of a signal from at least 4 satellites.
Pictures obtained by user during the Object Control session contain watermarks with unedited geodata tags of the survey site
The Object Control software product provides for three methods to sign electronic documents:
Signing with a qualified electronic signature (QES)
This means electronic document signing using a qualified electronic signature (QES), which can be stored in the cloud or downloaded to the user's device.
Signing with one-time identifier
This means electronic document signing by the user using a unique SMS code, which is generated individually for each document and sent to the signatory by SMS. Corresponding document is considered to be signed provided that the generated code is identical to the entered one.
Signing with an electronic touch sensitive signature
This means electronic document signing by the user via analogue of a handwritten signature creation on an electronic device with a touch screen
The key is stored in the internal memory of software product for the current session only, so it cannot be accessed through other applications or a file browser installed on the smartphone. The QES key is never transmitted over the network.
Object Control allows you to save the password of the QES key to avoid re-entering the password when signing the electronic documents generated in it. In such a case the password will be stored in the internal Object Control memory. The QES key password is never transmitted over the network
